
If you have leftover curry (I usually use chickpea curry), you can make Chinese style steam buns with it! This is a great way to enjoy steam buns for those are vegan or vegetarian!
ingredients (材料)
- all-purpose flour 360g
- lukewarm water 220g
- dry yeast 4g
- oil 8-10g salt 1-2 tsp tips
- If the dough is too wet (different flour does different things!), add flour little by little.
- Kneading also help dough to set.
- 中力粉(または強力粉)360g
- ぬるま湯 220g
- ドライイースト 4g
- オイル 8−10g
- 塩 小さじ1〜2
- もし、しばらくこねても生地がべとつく場合は、少しずつ小麦粉を足しても大丈夫です。
