Chickpea Curry Steam Buns ひよこ豆カレー饅

If you have leftover curry (I usually use chickpea curry), you can make Chinese style steam buns with it! This is a great way to enjoy steam buns for those are vegan or vegetarian! 

ingredients (材料)

  • all-purpose flour 360g
  • lukewarm water 220g
  • dry yeast 4g
  • oil 8-10g salt 1-2 tsp tips
  • If the dough is too wet (different flour does different things!), add flour little by little.
  • Kneading also help dough to set.
  • 中力粉(または強力粉)360g
  • ぬるま湯  220g
  • ドライイースト 4g
  • オイル 8−10g
  • 塩 小さじ1〜2
  • もし、しばらくこねても生地がべとつく場合は、少しずつ小麦粉を足しても大丈夫です。
