Roast Tomato Soup 🍅オーブンで焼いたトマトで作るスープ

このスープは、自家製クルトンとバジルオイルソースと一緒にどうぞ クルトン、バジルオイルソースのレシピはCalicorico Kitchen You Tube チャンネルへお越しくださいね!クルトンこちらバジルオイルソースこちら スープ:材料・分量 とまと 475g 玉ねぎ 250g オリーブオイル  大さじ4ほど 塩 小さじ1−2 (お好みで増やしたり、減らしたりしても良い) にんにく 2粒 水 100〜120mlほど ステップ トマト、玉ねぎを適当な大きさに切る。ニンニクはナイフで潰す。 1の野菜をオーブン皿に入れて、塩とオリーブオイルをまぶして220度で30分ほどローストする。 ローストされたら、ブレンダー(わたしは、バイタミックスを使っています)に水とローストされた野菜を入れて、お好きな感じになるまで混ぜるだけ! 自家製クルトンとバジルオイルソースをかけて召し上がれ!
